Procedure/Resolution

In addition to the seamless updates that are delivered day to day, PolicyStat will periodically enter read-only mode in order to perform required maintenance. We attempt to schedule these maintenance windows to provide the least disruption to our customers. During this time PolicyStat will continue to be available in a Read Only mode as indicated by a maintenance banner displayed at the top of all pages.

Actions to avoid during maintenance:

As soon as the maintenance banner disappears, maintenance is complete.
