RLDatix PolicyStat Support hours are 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.

Tickets received outside of normal business hours will be addressed the next business day.
Outside of normal business hours, if you have an urgent issue where your PolicyStat site is inaccessible to all your users, please submit a ticket and call the support line at 317-644-1296, option 2, to notify the on-call engineer.
