Viewing the approval workflow steps is important when tracking a policy through the approval process.

Viewing the Approval Workflow of a Pending Policy

FROM AN ACTIVE POLICY:

1. When accessing an active policy that has a version pending approval, click the button at the top banner to go to the Version Pending Approval. 
   
   
2. Once the Pending version opens, click the Approve button. This will ONLY change the view to display the workflow.  It will not take any approval action on the document.
   
3. That will take you to the view where the approval workflow can be seen above the header of the document.
   

FROM THE ALL VERSIONS PAGE:
After opening the pending version from the All Versions list, just click the Approve button to go to the workflow view. This will ONLY change the view to display the workflow.  It will not take any approval action on the document.

FROM A DRAFT:
On a draft policy go to the Policy Properties page to see the selected workflow.
