How does the Approval Workflow Search function?

Procedure/Resolution

When searching in Approval Workflows, the algorithm looks at two areas:

1. Approval Workflow Name
2. Users within the Workflow
   1. This includes their Titles, which are not displayed.

If you need to search by Step Description, you'll want to download the Excel spreadsheet of all Approval Workflows by clicking the Excel button next to Manage Approval Workflows and filtering through it.
