If a policy is no longer needed, it can be retired and removed from the general view by the policy's Owner, Area Manager, or Site Administrator.
Why don't I see the Retire option?
Some sites restrict policy retirement to only users who have Area Manager permissions and above. If you are the Owner of a policy and the option does not appear, then your local Site Administrator has disabled this option.
