Can I search for specific attachments?

Issue/Objective

To locate an attachment based on the attachment name

Environment

PolicyStat

Procedure/Resolution

Search results will capture information on the Attachment name/title only. Attachment content will not be searched.

1. Enter the term(s) you want to search for into the Search bar.
2. Click a suggested result to open the policy (optional)
   • Results matching your search terms will appear as bold text. Attachments matching your search terms will appear with a paperclip icon next to the name.
3. Click Search Policies or hit Enter on your keyboard to view the full list of results.
4. Click the title of a policy to open it.
5. Attachments are located at the bottom of the policy in the Attachments section.
