Issue/Objective
Setting the default email app in Windows
Environment
PolicyStat
Procedure/Resolution
If you click Share on a document and then Send Email under the Email PDF section an email window should appear. If nothing seems to happen or you see a spinning/loading indicator you likely need to reset the default email application on your computer. PolicyStat relies on whatever is set in Windows to allow you to create an email that you can then edit and send.
**If you are unable to change settings, this is usually due to permissions and your local IT will need to assist**
