How can I find the policies for which I am a Collaborator?

To locate the policies you've been invited to collaborate on without using the notification link

Procedure/Resolution

There is no way to directly filter policies to locate the ones for which you are a Collaborator. You must locate such policies from the full list.

Procedure:

1.  Click Pending Approval from the Policy Management area on the Home Tab to open the Policies Pending Approval report
   
2. Filter the list by Keyword and/or Owner (optional)
3. Locate the policies that do not display the Edit button
   
   • This indicates that you have access to the policy but you cannot make edits (a Collaborator)
4. Click the document title to open the policy.
