How do I generate a file of policies containing a certain keyword or phrase?

Issue/Objective

To create a list of policies that contain a keyword or phrase in the title or content of the policy.

Procedure/Resolution

1.  In the Search field, enter in the keyword or phrase.
   • To search for an exact phrase, place quotation marks around the search terms
2. Click the search button or hit Enter on your keyboard
3. Click the Export link
4. Click to download the report when it's finished generating. How it downloads may vary based on your local browser settings.

The file generated will be a CSV that can be opened in Excel or a similar spreadsheet program.

All applicable search results will be included in the report, even if the results span multiple pages within PolicyStat.
