Can I change my logo?

Change or update your policy's header and Site logo.

Procedure/Resolution

1. Click Manage and select Admin Console.
2. Click Policy Layout.
   

HEADER LOGO CHANGE

This will change the logo on your policy header.  

1. Click the Choose File button and select wherever the image is saved. 
   
   Note:  The header image must be EXACTLY 400x200 pixels in .png, .gif, or .jpg format. Steps to resize your image are available here. 
2. Once you've selected your logo, click the Save Changes button.  The image should now be replaced in the example area of that page.

SITE BANNER LOGO CHANGE

This is to change the logo in the upper left-hand corner of each PolicyStat page.

1. In the Policy Layout Configuration in the Admin Console click the Site Banner Tab
   
   
2. Click the Choose File button and select the desired image file.  The image should now be replaced in the sample area of that page.
   
   Note:  The Site Banner image must be EXACTLY 250x50 pixels in .png, .gif, or .jpg format. Steps to resize your image are available here
   
3. Click Save Changes
   

Logo changes will take effect immediately upon saving.  You may use your training site to test the image changes before applying them to your live site.

Additional Information:

The most common issue is the image used does not comply with the specific size requirements.  The images must be the exact pixel size stated above.  Add whitespace around images so they are the correct dimensions.
