How can I Replace the Content of a Pending Document with a New Revised Draft Copy?

Replace a pending document with a new draft

Procedure/Resolution

When a new draft is started into approval, the previous pending version is removed and the new draft takes its place.  This happens automatically.  A user with edit permissions can start the draft into approval and that is really all that is needed. Use the Show Changes function to display the modifications made between the pending version and the draft.
