What's Next?
After marking your Approval, the policy will pend through the Workflow and, once approved by all Approvers, will become Active. Active policies are visible and searchable by all users on your site.
The policy will remain as is until a number of days have passed equal to the amount set for the Review Period or sudden edits are needed and modifications are made.
Stuck on a Step
If an email or notifications are missed, a policy may be stuck on a step in the approval process for too long. You can send a reminder to the needed Approver to encourage them to come to PolicyStat and review the policy.
