Using the Search function on Support Portal is the primary way to locate articles on the Support Portal.



 You can filter the results to a specific product category by going to "Resources" then clicking Knowledge



If you're having trouble locating a specific article, check the PolicyStat Article Index for frequently used articles by topic.
