They appear on your home dashboard as you are a member of an Approval Workflow and the policies are awaiting your review and approval. The homepage view will only display up to 5 policies you need to approve. If you have more than 5, you'll need to take one of the following actions to view them all.
From the Homepage, Click Reports at the top of the page and select Pending Approval.

WHY DO I SEE THE THIS REPORT?
As a member of an Approval Workflow, you are required to review the policy content and either approve, edit or reject the policy. You have the ability to make edits to the content and then re-pend the policy for approval back through the Approval Workflow again.
WHAT DOES THE REPORT MEAN?
The quick view of the report displays the top five policies and the effective date targeted for the policy to be made active. The Effective date is contingent on all approvals occurring prior to or by that date. If the approvals do not occur by that date, the policy is made active after all approvals are completed. For more information on this function see: What is Scheduled Effective Date?
HOW DO I APPROVE A POLICY?
