Objective

To locate active policies with a specific Owner.

Additional Information:

Owner is one of the terms that can be customized on your site. The terminology may differ slightly, but the concepts are the same.

The Owner tab will show only approved, Active policies. Owners who only have Draft or Pending policies will not show up in the owner search list until they have at least one active policy. To view Draft and Pending documents by Owner go to the Draft and Pending Approval sections.

1. Click Owner in the top navigation
2. Double-click an Owner's name from the Available category to add it to Selected.
   • Use the filter to narrow the list of users displayed
   • 
3. Add any terms you want to search for in the policies of the selected Owner(s). (Optional)
4. Click Search
