Assign a user to acknowledge a policy from the policy view page
Environment
New PolicyStat Layout
Procedure/Resolution
- Open the policy in question.
- Scroll past the policy content to find the Acknowledgments section.
- This section is only visible to users with elevated permissions.
- Begin typing the name of the user or User Group in the Add Users field.

- Select the desired user or group from the suggestions list that appears.
- Click the checkbox to set the Acknowledgment as recurring (optional).
- Click the Assign button.
- Repeat the process as necessary to assign additional Acknowledgments.
