How do I view acknowledgments by policy?

Issue/Objective

To provide steps to view single acknowledgments by policy in the New Interface.

Environment

Procedure/Resolution

Steps to view an acknowledgment by policy:
 

1. From the Home tab of your PolicyStat site, click the Manage tab
2. Click Acknowledgments
3. In the top right corner of the blue bar, click Search by User
4. In the top right corner of the blue bar, click Search by Policy
5. Select the policy applicability and area.
6. Click at the bottom of the page "complete and incomplete acknowledgments"
7. Select the correct applicability group again for that policy and click "Show acknowledgments"
8. Once you find the policy, click the number of acknowledgments "number of number acknowledged" in the user's column
9. Click "all acknowledgments"

A full list will populate how many users have acknowledged and who have not.
