How do I narrow the list of pending policies?

Filter the Policies Pending Approval Report

Procedure/Resolution

It may be difficult to locate particular policies or Approvers in sites or systems with a large number of policies undergoing review. The Pending Policies Report can be narrowed by Keyword, needed Approver, or Applicability.

Keyword Filter

Enter a term in the search bar at the top of the report to narrow the results to policies that include your keyword in the title or text.

Approver Filter

To narrow the report by needed Approver:

1. Click the Approver button at the top of the report
2. Locate and select the desired user in the dropdown list
   
3. Click the Done button

Applicability Filter

To narrow the report by the Applicability to which the policy belongs:

1. Click the Applicability button at the top of the report.
2. Locate and select the desired Applicability Group in the drop-down list.
3. Click the Done button.
