Transaction Management
This section is located on the Main Library page (the landing page), in the drop down beside the user’s name. There are 4 items in the drop-down:
- Change my password
- Change my information
- User Preferences
- Transaction Management
Mostly used by the System Administrators, you will find any transactions that the system needs extra time to complete listed in this section. For instance: you are publishing several documents at the same time within a folder, cutting and moving documents, or deleting some.
If you see "processing" in the status column in the image below it means that it will is taking a bit longer to have your transaction complete:
You can check this area at any time to confirm if the transaction is complete, as well as clear out the items by deleting “Processed” items. Please note that “Processing” items cannot be deleted.
