How Do I Create Messages in Loop?

Objective:

• To show users how to create messages in Loop.

Environment:

• Loop (Mobile version)

Procedure: 

1. Select the Messages icon from the Loop Navigation screen.

2. In the New Chat window you will see people who are your connections. Click on the person’s name to include them in the chat.

3. That person’s name will appear in Chat. Click Next to proceed with your message. 

4. The Write something field displays. Compose your message and click Done.

5. Your message displays in the conversation.

GROUP CHATS

1. Select the Messages icon from the Loop main screen.

2. You can message multiple people at the same time by selecting more than one person in the New Chat window. Select Next.

3. You will be prompted to enter a Group Chat Name. Select Next.

4. You can view the group chat names to which you are sending a message at the top of the screen. Type your message.

5. There are 2 buttons on the left of the message which will expand/collapse it. When expanded, the Send button will show as a purple circle with a white arrow. Select Send to send your message.
