How Do I Block a Connection in Loop?

Objective:

•  To show users how to block connections in Loop.

Environment:

• Loop (mobile version)

Procedure: 

1. Select Connected or See All to the right of Connected People.

2. Select the three dots to the right of the person whose connection you wish to block.

3. Select Block from the bottom menu.

4. Select Block from the Block Person menu.

5. To view the Blocked connections, select the three dots in the top right of People screen and select

Blocked connections from the Connections menu.

6. People you have blocked will be shown on this screen. To remove completely select the Remove icon.

7. Select Disconnect from the Disconnect Healthcare Provider window.
