Why won't the editor load?

Issue/Objective

The editor will not load fully and seems to hang up.

Environment

PolicyStat Editor 

Cause

The document webpage is not fully loading to display correctly.

Procedure/Resolution

There may be times when a document will not load correctly in the Editor.

1. Refresh the webpage by using the browser refresh button or clicking the Control + F5 on the keyboard.
2. If the document will still not load please contact PolicyStat Support.
