Can we link to pending documents with a guest link?

Issue/Objective

To understand pending policy access with Guest Access Links

Environment

Procedure/Resolution

You can link to a pending document knowing that when it is active/approved the link with be accessible.  It just will not be accessible prior to approval.

Accessing a pending version requires a user to log into PolicyStat and also requires elevated permissions.

Guest access links only provide guest-level permissions, and guests can only view active documents, only links to active documents will work.  Generating a Read-only guest link to the pending version of a policy will direct a user to the Active version.
