When a PDF Backup is generated with the option marked to "Include All Policy Versions", policies with Multiple versions will display in the corresponding folder with a date as the file name (see image below).
These dates represent the last "modified" date of the policy version. This is often not visible within the policy itself unless a comment was left when the policy changed statuses.
In the example above, you can see that there is a duplicate name of 20230426. This is because the current Active version of the policy went from Pending to Active on 04/26/2023 and subsequently, the previous version went from Active to Old on the same date.
Note: If the policies have attachments, these are included in an additional folder within the policy version folder.
