What happens next?
After your documents have been submitted, they'll be placed in a queue of all our clients' uploaded documents to be converted. Our Conversion team will then work to convert each document into a functional webpage based on the guidelines developed from sample policies you review with your Implementation Analyst. You'll then have the opportunity to accept the conversion of each submitted document, noting that the Conversion team followed your guidelines and mirrored your original files.
Converting a Word or PDF document into a webpage isn't as easy as flipping a switch. Work is performed on every document. Questions may arise that require your guidance. In this case, documents will be placed on hold before conversion can proceed. Resolving such scenarios will be covered in the next section.
