A step-by-step guide to customizing your page’s Counter Logic, allowing you to determine the frequency at which your policy & procedure snapshot is updated.

 

What is Counter Logic?

On your PolicyManager™ homepage, there is a snapshot feature, indicating how many New, Updated, and iAttest policies have been added to your policy and procedure library within a specified timeframe. This timeframe is called the Counter Logic. In the example below, the Counter Logic is set for the “Last 30 Days.”

System Admins have the ability to customize the Counter Logic based on their needs.

Setting the Counter Logic

1. Log in on the home page with your username and password. In order to proceed, you must be a Registered User with Admin privileges.

 

2. Once logged in, hover your mouse over the Setup icon at the top of the window, and click Preference Settings.

3. The following screen will appear. Click “Counter Logic.”

4. The following screen will appear. Click the dropdown to select your desired Counter Logic. You may select 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 Days. Click “Save Counters” to save your selection.
