Objective
To understand how to request the upgrade for your version of Optima.
NOTE: Optima versions that are no more than one version behind the latest release are supported; any versions that are more than one version behind the current version will no longer be supported.
Example: The current version is 11.4.2 - versions 11.4.2 & 11.4.1 would be supported, whereas any versions prior to 11.4.1 would no longer be supported.
Updating to the most recent version ensures your system has the latest features and issue updates. Our team may reach out to assist you in scheduling your upgrade if your system is more than a version behind the latest release.

Procedure
- Review the Release Notes for the latest version details.

Submit a support ticket to request the upgrade.
- Include the required version and your time zone
- Respond to the scheduling request from Support.
- Pre-prod Upgrade
- Production Upgrade (scheduled for approximately 2 weeks after pre-prod testing begins)
- Test internally after the pre-prod upgrade is complete. Use the attached checklist.
- Proceed with Production upgrade as scheduled
- Contact Support if you encounter any issues or need to change a scheduled upgrade.
