Q. Does the read-only account limit those in that role from requesting docs/tech ready etc?
A. Staff with Read Only rights can Request Documents and Tech Ready documents.
Q. How often are documents reviewed with the manufacturer for updates?
A. Our Operations teams use a process called “Intelligent Updates,” so there is a scheduled time of the year when they reach out to manufacturers of the different libraries to ensure we have the current version.
Q. When are expired TI certificates updated?
A. FDA certificates expire 12/31 and state certificates expire throughout the year. Based on the volume of FDA certificates and how quickly the new ones are available, it can take our Ops team about 4 months to get all the new FDA certificates in the system. If there are any state certificates that expired this month, the Ops team will get notice of those in about 6 weeks and the team will start retrieving them.
Q. I received an updated document from a Manufacturer, where can I send this update to?
A. Please submit your update to Support and we will forward it to our Operations team to review and upload. Operations will then be in touch with you once this process has been completed.
