A. You need to look up each of your SDS in OS and then favor them.

Q. Can we have SSO (Single Sign On)?
A. SSO is available to customers who have oneSOURCE Complete (a subscription to all of our libraries) or have an Enterprise Agreement. (Example, their entire health system subscribes to one or more libraries.) NOTE: If they are eligible for SSO, let their OS Relationship Rep. know so they can connect Ian Fisher (OS IT Director) with the customer’s IT contact.
