Procedure
Q. I am unsure if the document I have is the most up-to-date version, how can I verify this?
A. The best way to ensure you are accessing the most up-to-date version of a document is to utilize the yellow "Request Document" feature found in the upper right-hand corner of the screen when logged in to your facility's oneSOURCE account. This will prompt a notification to our Operations team and they will retrieve that document for you directly from the Manufacturer if it is not already housed within our system.
Q. I submitted a document request, how soon should I expect to hear back?
A. Typical turn-around time is within 3 business days.
Q. I would like to access documents within my facility, but we do not have an account. How can I sign-up for access?
