Workflow Views

There are several views within the Workflow feature that you can use to easily find specific Workflow records and see the Actions awaiting you.

The 'All Workflows' view will display all Workflow records for all status's based upon your security setting - you can use the column headers to filter the information as you wish.

The 'Workflows requiring my attention' view will display all the Workflow records with Actions awaiting you to process.  

This view can also be accessed by clicking the numeric badge next to the Workflow option on the panel on the left.  The records displayed in this view will update and drop off the view as you process an Action that completes your part in the Workflow.

Note: There maybe multiple Actions within a Workflow that require your attention, this could be current or future actions. 

The amount of Actions currently awaiting you are detailed in the red numeric badge.
