Working with the Workflow Form

The Workflow form is used to detail the current status of the Workflow request and additional information about the Workflow Definition used.

Field Name	Description
ID	Unique identifier, generated y the solution
Name	This is the given name of the Workflow request created by the solution - this is a combination of the entity Title, entity Type and Workflow Definition Name
Submission Note	Submission Note text entered at time of request
Status	Current Status of the Workflow request
Assigned	Users / Groups assigned to the Workflow request
Related Record Title	The Title of the related entity the Workflow request for raised for  (Contract / Party / Contract Document)
Actions Awaiting You	Badge display of the number of Actions with the Workflow request that are awaiting you to process Note: There can be multiple Actions within a Workflow and multiple Steps within a Action that can be assigned to you. When the Workflow has reached an Action / Step it will be available for processing - not before.
Flow	Click the [View Workflow] button to display the flow screen where the entire Workflow can be viewed. Each Action can be drilled into to see its Steps. Each Action and Step will display its current status
Related Record Type	The Type of entity the Workflow request was raised for (Contract / Party / Contract Document)
Can be edited	Displays if this Workflow request can be edited
Can be cancelled	Displays if this Workflow request can be cancelled
Who can edit entities that are in progress	Displays who can edit the related entity record whilst the Workflow is in progress. All Users - All Users with edit permissions can edit the related entity record Users in Workflow - Anyone mentioned within the entire Workflow can edit the related entity record Users that can Action Workflow - Anyone mentioned in the 'current' Action can edit the related entity record No-one - the record is none editable except for the Submitter or Admins
