Intake Request – Overview

The Intake Request feature provides a structured, configurable, and auditable way to capture and manage incoming contract‑related requests within intelligentcontract. It enables organisations to standardise how requests are submitted, assigned, tracked, and reviewed—using consistent patterns aligned with existing entities such as Contracts, Parties, People, and Documents.

 

By centralising request intake, organisations gain improved visibility into contract demand, faster drafting workflows, stronger compliance, and clearer accountability across teams.

 

When enabled, Intake Requests appear as a dedicated entity in the system, complete with a summary screen, configurable form layouts, sub‑entities, automated notifications, reporting support, and full security group control.
