Creating a New Intake Request

Create from the Intake Request Summary Screen

Select Intake Requests from the main navigation panel

Click New

A blank Intake Request form will display

Complete the relevant Intake Request fields

Click [Save]

Create from a Related Record

Intake Requests can also be created directly from the following records:

• Contract
• Party
• Person
• Framework
• Contract Change (Amendment)

Steps:

Open the parent record

Navigate to the Intake Request sub‑tab

Click [New]

The Related Record field is pre‑populated and read‑only

Complete the remaining required fields and [Save]

The Intake Request inherits security group behaviour from the parent record.
