Our team is ready and eager to assist you! The following channels are available to contact PolicyStat Support:

Support Portal: Click the Help link on the upper right of the PolicyStat window to access Customer Portal resources. Admins with a Support Portal account can submit tickets through Support Portal.

- Webform: Users without a Support Portal account can contact PolicyStat Support by submitting the webform on the knowledge base help page.
- Phone: 317-644-1296, option 2
The RLDatix global support platform, Support Portal, is your primary vehicle for contacting PolicyStat Support.
- PolicyStat users with Site Admin permissions and a Support Portal account can submit and manage tickets through Support Portal.
- Site Admins without a Support Portal account can contact other site administrators from their organization to Raise a ticket and choosing: I'd like to give a colleague access to this Customer Portal to raise Support Tickets
- Users who do not have Site Admin permissions can search the Support Portal knowledgebase. If the answer to the issue is not found, ask your local Site Admin or contact Support through the single-use web form on the Support Portal search results page.
- SITE ADMINS: For urgent issues where your PolicyStat site is inaccessible to all your users, submit a ticket through the Support Portal AND call the Support team phone number at 317-644-1296, option 2.
