Today we’ve introduced Intake Requests, a new way to capture, assign, and track requests in a secure, configurable, and auditable format.
A new Intake Requests menu item has been added, along with configurable summary screens, form layouts, custom fields, and support for per-type layouts. Requests can include key details such as requester, assigned person, status, related record, submission date, and request type.
Intake Requests support Notes, Documents, Audit history, reporting, export plus the usual recent places, archive and recycle bin, helping you manage requests consistently across the system.
You can link Intake Requests to records such as Contracts, People, Parties, Frameworks, and Contract Changes, and create new requests directly from those related sub-tabs with the parent record automatically populated.
We’ve also added configurable email and in-app notifications for new request assignments and updates.
