Today we’ve introduced Credentialing, a new way to submit, track, and manage provider Credentialing Requests directly from Contracts in a structured and auditable format.
The Credentialing feature allows Users to submit Credentialing Requests from a Contract using a guided, multi‑step form that captures provider details and supporting information, helping ensure requests are complete and consistent.
Credentialing supports uploading Documents, automatic application status updates from an external credentialing service, and notifications to keep Users informed throughout the review lifecycle, with all activity linked back to the relevant Contract.
By centralising Credentialing activity and maintaining a clear audit trail, Credentialing helps improve visibility, support compliance, and provide confidence that Credentialing Requests are tracked and managed effectively.
