Workflow Activity Screen Enhancements

We are pleased to introduce an enhanced Workflow Activity screen, designed to improve usability, clarity, and support upcoming feature improvements.

What’s Changed

The screen has been restructured to provide a more intuitive and user-focused experience:

• New “Actions for You” tab
  Clearly highlights Workflow Actions assigned to you, making it easier to see and complete required actions.
• Workflow Summary moved to its own tab
  Key details about the Workflow Request used such as the status, time started and Workflow Definition attributes are now located in a dedicated Summary tab, reducing clutter in the main working view.  However the Workflow Name and Submission Note are still retained in the main view.
• “History” renamed to “Transactions”
  Provides a clearer representation of the workflow audit trail and activity log.
• Improved layout and readability
  A cleaner tab-based design separates information into logical sections, making navigation simpler and faster.
• Enhanced action visibility
  Approval and rejection actions are now presented within the context of each task, improving usability and reducing confusion.
