Step-by-step Guide:
Terminated Contracts
A step-by-step guide to using the Terminated Contract Grid.
What is the Terminated Contract Grid?
Terminated Contracts can be aggregated and viewed in the Terminated Contract Grid. This functionality is available under the Set-up tool. There is section called Terminated Contracts. Under this section the users will be able to view all contracts that have a status of “Terminated”. These are contracts that are no longer needed to be displayed within the library for the other end users. Once a contract has been “Terminated”, only individuals with privileges to access the Contract Tree Set-up or Terminated Contracts Grid will be able to view these contracts.
Note: Please ensure that the privilege has been designated to the user under Profile Management
The grid includes the Name, Location and Terminated Date of the contract.
In addition, users will be able to delete any Terminated Contracts from this grid as well by clicking the check box beside the contract and clicking on the Delete button. This will permanently remove the contract from the entire system.
How to access the Terminated Contract Grid?
1. Login to the Contract Manager.
2. Click on the Set-up Tool and select Terminated Contracts.
3. The following screen will appear. Select the contract you would like to view that has been “Terminated” by clicking on the Contract Name.
