System E-mails & E-mail Notifications

A step-by-step guide to managing e-mails that are generated from the system.

System E-mails

System E-mails are located under the Preference Settings in the Set-up Tool.

The System Admin can turn these e-mails on and off by selecting the check boxes beside them and clicking the save button. Each System Admin can customize which e-mails they would like their users to receive. There is a description beside each system e-mail and what it entails.

E-mail Notifications

E-mail Notifications are located under the Preference Settings in the Set-up Tool. E-mail Notifications allow you to determine the signature that will appear in e-mails from the Contracts Manager system.
