Quick Edits
A step-by-step guide to using Quick Edits, which will allow you to quickly edit existing contracts.
What is Quick Edit?
Quick Edit is the area of Contracts Manager where you have the ability to quickly and easily update existing contracts. This feature is located within the Document Viewer. You are able to edit the meta data and upload or edit the current document that is within the system. Quick Edit will allow the user to bypass the workflow collaboration tool of Projects and update a contract without any assistance from their colleagues.
Please note that only users with privileges with regards to Quick Edits may participate in this activity. This guide covers the following information.

Update an Existing Contract Using Quick Edits
1. Log in on the home page with your username and password. In order to proceed, you must be a Registered User with Quick Edit privileges.
2. Once logged in, navigate the P&P library to locate the contract that you would like to edit. Click the name of a contract to open it.
3. Click on Quick Edit on the right hand side of the screen.
4. The following pop-up box will appear. You are able to edit the Meta Data in any of the tabs. If you would
like to edit the document or upload a new version, you can do so in the Document tab, or by clicking
Create New Version.
5. Once you have finished making changes to the document you can click on “Update Document” and the
contract will be updated in the library.
