Step-by-step Guide: Counter Logic
A step-by-step guide to customizing your page’s Counter Logic, allowing you to determine the frequency at which your contract snapshot is updated.
What is Counter Logic?
Once logged into Contracts Manager™, there is a snapshot feature, indicating how many New and Updated contracts have been added to your contract library within a specified time frame. This time frame is called the Counter Logic.
System Admins have the ability to customize the Counter Logic based on their needs.

Setting the Counter Logic
1. Log in on the home page with your username and password. In order to proceed, you must have Administrator privileges.
2. Once logged in, hover your mouse over the Setup icon at the top of the window, and click Preference Settings. Click Counter Logic on the left hand side.
3. The following screen will appear. Click the drop down to select your desired Counter Logic. You may select 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 Days. Click “Save Counters” to save your selection.
