Whether they want to review a policy, confirm the steps of a procedure, or make edits to content they own, nearly every user accesses your library to find a document. Policy Management offers a robust search feature that suggests results as you're typing as well as a number of filtering options:
Policy Area (the category into which the document is organized)
Owner (the individual responsible for the document)
Tags (a customizable option for organizing documents)
Exact Text search using quotation marks with your terms

Can't find your policy? Searches are site specific. If you can't locate a document you know exists, make sure you are on the correct PolicyStat site. You may need to Change Location.
Search filters and suggestions make it easy to locate the document you need. Each policy or procedure page provides more information than just the content of the document as you will see in the next lesson
