Policy headers contain valuable information prior to viewing the procedural content. This information can help users understand important dates associated with the document as well as metadata related to the ownership and organization of the policy within your library.
Also featured in each document is a Table of Contents that enable users to quickly navigate through the sections of a document.

Some sites may not display the Effective Date or not feature Applicability settings.
Please note that some terminology (Policy, Area, etc.) may vary from your site, but the concepts are universal.
Sharing the Policy
While any user with access to the document can use the share link to provide access to others, users with elevated permissions have additional options in the share menu.

Additional Document Information
Beyond the policy content, users can find any attachments associated with the document and anyone with elevated permission can see the document history in greater detail.
Attachments
Any files associated with a document, such as a form, can be included as an attachment that can be downloaded directly from the document page.
If a policy has any files attached, the Attachments link with a file counter will appear in the Table of Contents.
Revision Dates
A document's latest revision date appears in the header, a full list of review all the dates a document completed a review is available below the policy contents.
Approval Signatures
Each Approver who participated in the review of this document is listed with the date they provided their approval.
Expanding the Older Approvals field allows you to review a list of all approvals for all versions of this document.
History
Users with elevated permissions, such as Editors, Area Managers, and Site Administrators can review the document's history.
The list can be filtered by Edits, Approvals, and Comments to find specific entries in the history, if necessary.
