Any time actions are required or there is an update worth bringing to your attention, RLDatix Policy Management will generate a notification.
Notifications are sent in three ways to ensure that important messages aren't missed by users. Some of these are within the application while emails are sent out automatically by the system.
Automatic Notification Emails
Users who have an email address associated with their account will receive an email notifying them of actions required within their Policy Management site. Emails are sent immediately or at set intervals (typically weekly/monthly).
While each email contains slightly different information based on the reason for the notification, each one will include a direct link to the document in question.
For examples of the emails you may receive, view this PDF.
The Home Page
The Home page features reports of policies requiring action including Acknowledgments, policies pending your approval, and documents in need of review.
The Notifications Page
The Notifications page is accessible to any user by clicking their name on the right side of the top navigation and selecting Notifications. The menu item in the dropdown will display the number of unviewed notifications.
